If you are receiving spam emails that say they are from us (@prometheancorporation.com or @turbolaw.com), please rest assured that these emails are not coming from us – they are “fake.” Unfortunately, it is very easy to “fake” the “from” address of an email!

Recently, a lot of users of TurboLaw have reported errors while checking for updates. This problem is caused by a software firewall program on the user’s computer. The firewall software has “blocked” TurboLaw update, and is not allowing it to access the Internet. (We have an article describing this symptom: TL00215.)

Just a reminder that you can edit any TurboLaw document. You just need to click the “edit document” button on the TurboLaw Toolbar in Word or the picture of the padlock and pencil in Excel. If you do not see these buttons please refer to these directions or call us if you need help!

The new User Templates feature allows you to start with one of TurboLaw’s built-in forms, and then modify it to suit your own needs. This form can then be used just like one of TurboLaw’s forms – including being filled out automatically!
