This video will walk you through how to edit protected TurboLaw documents, and addresses some of the most common frustrations people have with our documents – including the dreaded Microsoft Word error “Error! Recently, a lot of users of TurboLaw have reported errors while checking for updates. This problem is caused by a software firewall program on the user’s computer. The firewall software has “blocked” TurboLaw update, and is not allowing it to access the Internet. (We have an article describing this symptom: TL00215.)
