TurboLaw’s support website has just received a new facelift and re-design – if you haven’t checked it out recently, now’s a great time!

The new design simplifies the layout, making it quick and easy to get to the help content you need. The new “search” bar is featured prominently at the top of every page, and the search feature works even better than ever – searches for a single word or error message will now typically return exactly the one article that answers your question or describes how to correct a given error.

At the top of every page you can either submit a new support request or log in (if you’ve created an account before) to see your previous support tickets.

We’ve also updated and revised a lot of the help content on our site – including a number of new video tutorials to show you exactly how to use TurboLaw – to make it even easier to find the answers or get the help you need quickly & without a lot of fuss.

Our support website is of course open every day, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – it’s great for those after-hours questions or problems. Whether it’s a question of “how do I…?” or a need for instructions on how to do something specific in the program, our help center has the resources you need, right at your fingertips.
