Version 2.04 of TurboLaw Time and Billing has just been released, and although this is primarily a maintenance release we still urge all users to install it.
This latest version brings some improvements to the time & expense reports, so that they now include the notes/details in the report (similar to how they appear on bills).
Behind the scenes, some changes were made to prevent a rare and difficult situation where it was possible to over-pay a bill, as well as correcting a minor display issue with how a custom billing rate for time appears if the time entered as zero (0) hours.
The biggest change, although not a visible one, is that TurboLaw Time and Billing now requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0. The update will install this version of the framework if it is not already on your computer.
This change was made to allow TurboLaw Time and Billing to take advantage of some of the new behind-the-scenes features of this version of the .NET Framework in the future, which will be used for further enhancements to both speed and capabilities.
