We are very pleased to announce that TurboLaw Document Software Version 3.06 has just been released! As usual, this new version brings with it both improvements to existing features as well as totally-new features designed to make TurboLaw even more useful.
Some of the new features and improvements are:
- There is a new “Insert Jurat” button on the TurboLaw Toolbar/Ribbon. This new button allows you to insert any of several standard jurats at the end of the current document. Now you can now insert the jurat into a document when you are ready, instead of having to choose it immediately before creating the document. Additionally, you can even add a jurat to a blank document created with TurboLaw, or even to a non-TurboLaw document – the “Insert Jurat” button is always available and will insert the selected jurat at the end of whatever document you currently have open.
- When entering a case (in the Case Interview Wizard), the box for selecting the county for the case is now a drop-down box which has the names of all the counties in that state available, so you don’t have to type it.
- In all Divorce/Family Law/Domestic Relations Case Interview Wizards, we’ve added a “Swap Parties” button to swap the parties (from plaintiff/petitioner to defendant/respondent, as appropriate, and vice versa) when needed in some circumstances.
- In all Divorce/Family Law/Domestic Relations Case Interview Wizards, we’ve clarified and improved the text to make it clear how to enter parties for mediation.
- Added space to enter “Employment Information” for New Hampshire Domestic Relation cases, since this information appears in several forms.
- Improved the way TurboLaw handles missing custom case folders when trying to use the “work offline” feature.
