Both Massachusetts Rule 401 Long and Short Forms became effective from September 15, 2017. Rule 401 financial statements must be filed to the court within 45 days after the Plaintiff delivers the Complaint to the Defendant and at all court hearings regarding alimony, child support, division of property and any other financial matters.
