Update Error: "Object Variable or With Block Variable Not Set"
Details:
When checking for updates, the error message "Object Variable or With Block Variable Not Set" appears. The error message continues to repeat even if you click "OK."
Resolution:
This problem is often caused when TurboLaw's Update Utility cannot connect to the Internet. This can be caused by software firewalls in your computer, such as ZoneAlarm, Windows Firewall, and Norton Internet Security. If you have firewall software installed, you should configure it to allow TurboLaw's Update Utility to access the Internet. Most programs will prompt you at the time the update begins to either allow or disallow access to the Internet for that program. If this occurs, you should select "Allow."
This error is also related to PSC KB article TL00200: Update Error &H80072EE7 (-2147012889) when starting TurboLaw.
