Account History

The account history window displays a detailed history of a client's bills, expenses, and payments.

There are two different ways to view the account history: Tree View and Grid View.

Tree View

The account history Tree View displays the client's account history in a series of groups, laid out as if they were "branches" of a "tree."

There are four main categories of items that are displayed:

Under each of these four categories will be all the items from that category for this client. You can expand or collapse any particular category by double-clicking on the category name, or by clicking the plus (+) or minus (-) sign (as appropriate) next to the category name.

You can double-click on any item to open that item and view more information about it, edit it, or even delete it, if desired.

Grid View

The account history Grid View displays the client's account history in a grid reminiscent of a "register" (as from a checkbook or account ledger).

The Grid View displays every item from the client's account in cronological order. The different types of items each have unique icons to distinguish them; the "Type" column also contains the name of the type of item.

Other than the way the items are laid out, the Grid View displays exactly the same information as the Tree View.

You can double-click on any item to open that item and view more information about it, edit it, or even delete it, if desired.
