Error Window

Although we hope you never see this window, it’s a fact of life that sometimes errors do happen. The goal of this window’s design was to let you know that something had gone wrong without confusing you. The large icon visually clues you into the fact that this is an error even before you begin reading. The two buttons also help make this an easier error to deal with – instead of the traditional (but annoyingly vague) “yes” or “no” buttons you might see in other programs, we have labeled our buttons with exactly what they do. The less you have to think about it, the less confusion or frustration you’ll encounter – and we think that’s important!
