The user templates feature allows you to start with one of TurboLaw’s built-in forms, and then modify it to suit your own needs. This form can then be used just like one of TurboLaw’s forms – including being filled out automatically!
Previously, you could only add forms to TurboLaw’s “blank/empty forms” window.
TurboLaw’s backup feature has been totally re-designed from the ground up. The new backup system will use ZIP-based compression to store both your TurboLaw database and your case documents (unless you have specified a custom case folder). Previously, only the database was backed up – backing up the case documents was the responsibility of the user.
This new feature should be a big help to those users who are prone to computer crashes – as it makes it much easier to restore your data. In addition, this feature can be used to “move” TurboLaw to a new computer; for example if you are upgrading your hardware.
